Accessibility

Our commitment

Alwaison wants CS Agent and alwaison.com to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technology.

The standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We treat accessibility problems as bugs and fix them as they are found.

How we test

We test with automated accessibility scanning (axe-core) at both desktop and mobile screen sizes, and with manual keyboard and screen reader checks. Our most recent testing on October 14, 2026 covered:

• The cs-agent.app home page
• The cs-agent.app privacy policy and terms of service
• The cs-agent.app sign-in page
• The alwaison.com home page

Those pages passed with no WCAG 2.1 Level AA issues found by automated testing.

Known limitations

• Sign-in is provided by Clerk, a third-party service. We do not control all of its markup.
• The waitlist sign-up form is hosted by Google Forms.
• The signed-in CS Agent application has not yet had a full accessibility audit. That audit is planned before general availability.
• The demonstration videos on our home page have no audio. The text beside each video describes what it shows. The videos can be paused, and they do not play at all if your device is set to reduce motion.
